The Niagara Woodcarvers Association was formed December 11, 1978 with 18 original members.  The founders of the Association called themselves the Wood Knots. They are Doug Robertson, Charles Coates and Leighton Spicer.  Currently  the club has over 70 members from all walks of life, who find woodcarving to be rewarding and creative. We are men and women who share their interests and knowledge about the art of woodcarving.
